Looking for a simple and compact device to protect your equipment from overcurrents and short circuits? With a current rating of 200A and an AC (alternating current) rating of 600V, this low-voltage electrical fuse from the Eaton range will do the job.
The fuse prevents damage by cutting off the energy flow before an overcurrent gets to your machine. By breaking itself, it acts as a sacrificial device to protect more valuable equipment. Fuses of this kind are commonly found in factories, as well as in commercial and residential buildings.

Eaton Bussmann Series Red Spot™ Range, Type 'T' HBC Fuses
The Red Spot range of offset slotted fuses (or bolted tag fuses) from Eaton Bussmann is specifically designed for the protection of general industrial applications such as power distribution, cable protection and motor protection. Available in BS88 British Standard fuse sizes from A1 to A4, offset slotted and bolted fuses are suitable for general purpose rating (gG) and dual motor rating (gM) motor protection types.

As the fuse allows for the starting surge of a motor its full load current must not exceed the lesser of the dual current rating. e.g. 20 M25 must not have a continuous load of greater than 20A.
