The ON Semiconductor powerful driver IC for automotive body control systems. The IC is designed to control lock motor in the door of a vehicle. With the monolithic full bridge driver stage, the IC is able to control lock motor. It is controlled thru a 24 bit SPI interface with in frame response.

Support of active freewheeling to reduce power dissipation

Multiplex current sense analog output for advanced load monitoring
