The ifm electronic Flow Monitor is a robust relay operated device designed for precise flow measurement in various applications. It includes a single digital output with a relay function, configurable for either normally open or normally closed operation. The relay supports up to 20 million mechanical switching cycles and 100,000 electrical switching cycles at a 3 A load. However, it does not offer short-circuit or overload protection. The response time is adjustable from 1 to 10 seconds for both liquids and gases. The monitor protected with an IP 67 rating. The switch point is easily adjusted using a pushbutton.
