The RS Pro ESD Safe Flush Cutter features induction-hardened cutting edges, making it highly durable for precision cutting. It is suitable for copper wire with a diameter of 1.02 millimeters or 18 American Wire Gauge and iron wire with a diameter of 0.64 millimeters or 22 American Wire Gauge, with a steel thickness of 2.5 millimeters. Equipped with a return spring designed to maintain constant force, the tool reduces operator effort. Made from high carbon steel with a controlled atmosphere heat treatment, it includes an anti-reflection phosphating surface treatment for enhanced visibility during use. The anti-slip bi-material dolphin handle is ergonomically designed, ensuring a secure, lightweight, and comfortable grip for the user.
