RS PRO A4 316 Stainless Steel Internal Tooth Shakeproof Washer, M3, DIN 6798J

This RS PRO internal tooth shakeproof washer can be used to prevent nuts, bolts and screws from vibrating loose in the home or workplace.

Shakeproof washers are among the most effective lock washers. Internal tooth washers have serrated prongs (or teeth) on the inside that lock into nuts and bolts when tightened over them. Once these teeth are hooked in, no amount of vibration or weight can budge or loosen the screw.

This shakeproof washer is made of stainless steel, which is robust and resistant to corrosion. Because the teeth are on the inside, the final product has a discreet appearance. This washer is designed for use with M3 screws and bolts, and can resist the force of the washer being compressed.

Built according to the DIN 6798J manufacturing norm for serrated lock washers, this product has been stringently tested to RS PRO's high-quality control standards.
