SMC Vacuum Generator

This vacuum generator converts compressed Air into a vacuum source for pick-and-place and handling operations within automation and related industrial environments. It is a compact, body-ported ejector designed for use with screw-in pneumatic connections and accepts standard soft nylon, nylon or polyurethane tubing. The unit operates across typical industrial ambient and medium temperature ranges and is supplied with a bracket option where applicable to aid mounting.

The unit uses screw-in pneumatic connections with an R1/8 inlet and an R1/8 vacuum port, Plus an R1/4 exhaust port, enabling straightforward integration with threaded pneumatic systems.

Soft nylon, nylon and polyurethane tubing are specified as suitable for use with the vacuum outlet to ensure appropriate flexibility and sealing.

Performance is rated for operation within -5°C to 50°C ambient

The product can be supplied with a mounting bracket and without a silencer in the box-style configuration to match installation requirements.
