RS PRO Flame Retardant Calcium-Magnesium Silicate Thermal Insulating Sheet, 595mm x 495mm x 20mm

If you need a rigid insulation board able to cope with ultra-high temperatures, turn to this thermal insulation sheet from RS PRO. It's made from low bio-persistent insulation wool combined with organic and inorganic binders and can be used at ultra-high temperatures of up to +1150ºC.

With low heat-storage capacity, very low thermal conductivity and an ability to be used in applications where they are in direct contact with a flame, these insulation sheets are perfect for use as kiln linings or heat-treatment furnace linings. They're also suitable for use in applications where there are significant temperature variations as they offer excellent thermal-shock resistance. The rigid board can be easily die-cut or shaped with a hacksaw blade.

Meeting the requirements under Note Q of European Regulation 1272/2008, these sheets are exempt from labelling requirements in Europe.
