RS PRO 2.54 mm Pitch Spring Test Probe With Serrated Tip, 3 A
These spring test probes from the RS PRO range come in a pack of five. Each probe has a spring-loaded tip with a serrated head, which makes it ideal for test lands, pads and leads, as the sharp points penetrate the material and provide excellent electrical contact.
The probes are made of phosphor bronze and can be used for testing a printed circuit board (PCB). They're used with a receptacle, which can be ordered separately. This combination makes it easier for you to replace a damaged probe without disturbing the wiring. The receptacles can be push-fitted into the mounting plate to provide an airtight seal without the use of any adhesives.
These test probes are suitable for use on automatic test equipment and test jigs, where fast testing of multipoint PCBs and sub-assemblies is required.
