Eurotherm Temperature Controller


The Eurotherm 3204 temperature controller has a supply voltage ranging from 85VAC to 264VAC. This standard controller has a width of 96mm and a height of 96mm and depth of 90mm (1/4 DIN) device. It has up to 4 outputs where the first output is Logic I/O, second and fourth outputs are dedicated to relaying and the third output is the current ranging from 0mA to 20mA. It has quick and easy commissioning. It has clear information about the process of scrolling and custom messages. The custom alarm messages facilitate easy understanding. There is a provision for recipe selection from the operator interface. It has an internal timer and setpoint programming. There is an integral ammeter for instant alerts regarding heater faults. Additionally, it has a remote setpoint solution for multi-zone applications.

Eurotherm Series 3200

Enabled with Quick Start Wizard configuration, PID, self-tuning alarms, dwell timer, delayed switch on timer and self-start timer functions. It is IP65, NEMA 4X rated. Scrolling text delivers plain language messages to advise operators and engineers what is happening to the process. Applications include plastic extruders, small ovens, chillers, sterilizers, trace heating, packaging machines.
