The device includes 1024 Flash, 96 RAM and is available in a QFN32 package. With up to + 10 dBm maximum power output and excellent receive sensitivity of -104 (250 kbps O-QPSK DSSS) dBm, the EFR32MG21A010F1024IM32 provides a robust RF link for reliable communications for Zigbee, Thread and multiprotocol applications and enables greater range and reliable RF communications.
