Keep your push buttons safe and sound with this shroud from EAO. It's constructed specifically for use with emergency stop switches (787-4710 and 903-9486) and prevents them from being pushed, putting paid to panic caused by accidental activation. The shroud is made of durable plastic for resistance to impact and corrosion. It also has holes on its sides that can accommodate an anti-rotational pin to prevent a reset after you've actuated the button, which comes in handy during equipment maintenance and repair.

• IP65 rating means it's dustproof and protected against low-pressure water jets

The EAO emergency stop protective shroud has a raised design constructed totally in plastic and is yellow in colour. It has dimension of Ø 83 mm and SEMI S2-93/12.4.c standard. To be use only for Part No. 704.064.2 und 704.066.2. The protection shroud is not suitable for a proper use of emergency-stop. It can obstruct a spontaneous operation of the emergency-stop.

When installing this shroud on a push button, the button must not be set back more than 3mm from the front of the guard. This helps to ensure that you can still actuate the switch with your palm.
