This piezoresistive pressure sensor is a Compact board-mount device designed to measure absolute, gauge or differential pressure in systems using non-corrosive, non-ionic gases and select liquids. It operates from a single 3.3 V or 5.0 V supply, provides ratiometric analogue or high-resolution digital outputs, and includes on-board compensation and calibration to deliver stable readings across typical industrial temperature ranges.
