Honeywell Technologies Pressure SensorBoard 6 SMT

This differential pressure sensor provides ratiometric analogue or 12-bit digital outputs to measure gage and differential pressures in electronic systems. It is a board-mounted, six-pin device designed for use with dry gases or, with an optional gel coating, non-corrosive liquids and condensation-prone environments. The sensor includes on-board compensation and calibration to maintain measurement performance across its compensated temperature range and offers configuration options such as sleep mode and internal diagnostics.

Dry-gas versions accept non-corrosive, non-ionic gases, liquid-media versions have a silicone-based gel under port P1 and permit non-corrosive liquids and condensation exposure.

Outputs include ratiometric analogue and I2C or SPI-compatible 12-bit digital, with analogue update ∼1kHz and digital update ∼2kHz.

Storage and operation span -40°C to 85°C, humidity tolerance up to 95% RH non-condensing, and solder reflow conforms to J-STD-020E MSL2.
