The ROHM BV1 series is a single Nch MOSFET high side load switch which operates at input voltage range of 8.0 V to 32.0 V have built-in overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown protection and soft-start function which are available in HTSOP-J8 package. This load switch used in multifunction machine, TV, overcurrent monitoring of various power lines and power management applications.
