The STMicroelectronics door zone system IC providing electronic control modules with enhanced power management power supply functionality, including various standby modes, as well as CAN FD and 2 identical LIN physical communication layers. The device has two low drop voltage regulators to supply the system microcontroller and external peripheral loads such as sensors and provides enhanced system standby functionality with programmable local and remote wake-up capability. Moreover, the 14 high-side drivers (13 to supply LEDs and 1 to supply bulbs) increase the system integration level
all the high-side drivers support the constant current mode for LED module with high input capacitance. Up to 7 DC motors and 4 external MOS transistors in H-bridge configuration can be driven in PWM mode up to 25 kHz.
