This high-temperature PCB (printed circuit board) terminal block from Phoenix Contact can withstand the heat of a reflow oven. This makes it suitable for reflow soldering, which is important for efficient assembly and reliable electrical connections. We recommend heat treatment at +125°C for 48 hours before using in a reflow oven.

The component's screw-in connections hold wires firmly in place and also protect them from damage. Its thermoplastic housing has a 94 V-0 rating from UL (Underwriter Laboratories) for low flammability. This means it will retain its shape even when used in hot environments. The housing is also halogen-free and recyclable.

With a compact structure, this unit enhances the efficient packing of a PCB. High temperature PCB terminal blocks are reflow solder tolerable and enable a greater proportion of a PCB to be populated and reflow soldered in one operation. Recommended as being suitable for temperature profiles based on EN 61 760-01. When used in reflow oven it is recommended that these components are heat treated at +125°C for 48 hours prior to use.
