RS PRO Clear Plastic Sheet, 1200 mm x 620 mm x 8 mm


This easily welded, vacuum-formable clear plastic sheet is perfectly suited to all of your packaging needs. Made from a tough, transparent thermoplastic polyester, it has good optical clarity (so you can see through it) and can be screen-printed for clear labelling.

Made from polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG), the plastic sheet combines flexibility with durability. It has a Shore D 78 hardness rating, and can stand up to high-impact knocks and drops. It's also chemically resistant and has 0% water absorption, keeping packaged contents sealed against moisture and exposure to solvents, even at extremely low temperatures.

The PETG sheet is FDA-approved for food and drug packaging, and has a UL 94 HB flammability rating. That means it will self-extinguish in the event of fire.
