By using this hybrid motor starter from Phoenix Contact, you can protect your equipment from harm caused by electrical surges. It's a 3-phase device with a reversing capability feature and current monitoring so it can run in both forward and reverse directions while also protecting against motor overload. A 500V AC operating voltage and a 2.4A output current make it a good fit for low-voltage applications.

The amount of cabling required is kept to a bare minimum thanks to the unit's internal locking circuit and load wiring. This hybrid motor starter has an IP20 (ingress protection) rating, which means it offers protection from dust and other foreign bodies over 12mm in size, so you can use it in rugged and harsh settings. As the unit has been thoroughly tested and ATEX-approved for use in hazardous environments, you can safely use it in industrial electrical installations.
