The ROHM BD16852EFV-C is a Motor driver with power DMOS FET built in. It is mounted with 120° commutation sensor less drive which does not require a hall device as a location detection sensor. All output protections have self-diagnostic function and self-recovery function, and it can simplify the system configuration. Also, each output protection states can be judged easily by the protect alarm signal output function.
