This stepper motor controller is a Compact speed controller designed for 24V DC step motors in industrial automation environments. It delivers 24W of power while providing sealed IP64 protection for use where dust and limited moisture exposure occur. The unit supports step data input operation and is intended for integration with electric actuators and PLC networks, offering parallel I/O and multiple communication protocol compatibility for factory applications.

It provides parallel inputs and outputs with photocoupler isolation and dedicated signals for DRIVE, RESET, SVON, BUSY, OUT0-OUT5 and INP monitoring.

Step data up to 64 points can be set and tested via the PC configuration software, enabling parameter writing, test drives and waveform monitoring.

Certain controller variants include STO and SS1-t functionality to turn motor power off after a controlled deceleration sequence.

Both incremental and battery-less absolute encoder types are supported depending on actuator cable and encoder selection.

The controller is specified for operation from 0-55°C and up to 90% relative humidity without condensation.
