The STMicroelectronics N-channel MDmesh M6 Power MOSFET incorporates the most recent advancements to the well-known and consolidated MDmesh family of SJ MOSFETs. Previous generation of MDmesh devices through its new M6 technology, is built by STMicroelectronics.
