The Renesas Electronics are Bi CMOS 3.3V powered, Full Fail-safe, Low Power, High Speed or Slew Rate limited, single transceiver that meet both the RS-485 and RS-422 standard for balanced communication. these devices have very low bus current and it is allows up to 256 transceiver on the network without violating the RS-485 specification, 32 unit load maximum and without using repeater.
