The ENDRESS+HAUSER switching unit for point level detection in liquid tanks. It is designed for use in hazardous explosion areas, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. This versatile unit can also be used for overfill prevention in tanks with combustible or non-combustible liquids harmful to water. With its two-point control and point level detection capabilities, It is an ideal choice for safety-related systems with requirements for functional safety up to SIL2 in accordance to IEC 61508/IEC 61511. It features a NAMUR input for easy rail mounting or single installation. The temperature range for this unit is -20 to +50°C (-4 to +122°F), and it comes with international explosion protection certificates, overfill prevention WHG, and marine approvals.
