RS PRO Battery Isolator Switch, 100 A, -40°C → +55°C


This battery isolator switch from RS PRO provides a simple and effective way to disconnect a battery bank from equipment for safety, security or servicing. The switch has a durable metal casing suitable for panel mounting, with a corrosion-resistant chrome finish. It's operated with a key that you can remove in either position. The switch is contact current-rated at 100 A and will operate within a temperature range of -40°C to +55˚C.

This item is part of the tried and tested RS PRO range. The switch complies with the ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007 Electrostatic Control Standards, meaning it won't damage equipment via electrostatic discharge. It's also RoHS compliant, meaning it contains only minimal levels of hazardous substances.

Battery isolator switches of this kind are commonly found in automotive, traction and marine applications. Please note that we don't supply spare keys for security reasons.
