Both at halogen free which is important to consider for applications where the possibility of fire can lead to exposure to harmful fumes.;Polystyrene is stronger than budget material like plastic, withstand knocks and has fair cable retention.;Polycarbonate is recommended for applications that may sustain heavy impact, better UV protection, resistant to temperature changes, external and internal use.

Spelsberg TK-PC IP66 Enclosure with Metric Knockouts


The TK-PC series from Spelsberg is an empty enclosure with pre-pressed metric knockouts designed to house a wide range of electrical, electronic and pneumatic equipment. The enclosure base is made from grey polycarbonate and there is a choice of either a transparent or grey polycarbonate lid. The TK-PC has a IP66 rating and is resistant to most acids and alkalis.
