Omron Airflow Sensor
The Omron compact, intelligent airflow sensor features MEMS technology for precision mass airflow measurement up to 1m/s. The housing design is based on a centrifugal principle to segregate particulates from the air. It has a power supply ranging between 10.8VDC and 26.4VDC. The sensor has a 3-pin electrical connection.

Output voltage ranges between 1VDC and 5VDC
Supplied as standard, optimally adjusted at the factory so easy and rapid user application is guaranteed
The efficiency of the dust segregation system separates up to 99.5% of dry particulates
