The Sensirion SEN54 environmental sensor node is designed for particulate matter, relative humidity/temperature, and volatile organic compounds measurements. This Air quality sensor is part of the SEN5x family. The SEN54 Air quality sensor modules proprietary algorithms allow simple integration in applications such as Air purifiers, HVAC and Air quality monitoring.
The Sensirion PM, RH/T, VOC Air sensor has fully calibrated outputs with a digital I2C Interface for communication with high-performance sensing parameters. The SEN54 sensor, all in one sensor solution platform is compact, has a fast hardware design and produces high quality data (STAR engine). Sensirion Temperature Acceleration Routine (STAR) engine accelerates the SEN54s sensor response to ambient temperature change by a factor of 2-3.
The SEK-SEN5x Evaluation kit, is also available see RS 238-9410 which includes 1 x SEN55 Sensor module, 1 x UART to USB adapter cable, 1 x 4-pin jumper wire cable.
