The Microchip 24LC04B series of 4 Kbit EEPROM are low-power CMOS Technology device is organized as two blocks of 256 x 8-bit memory with a two-wire serial interface. The device is organized as two blocks of 256 x 8-bit memory with a two-wire serial interface. Its low-voltage design permits operation down to 1.7 V with standby and active currents of only 1 μA and 1 mA, respectively. Along with more than 1 million read/write cycles it provides Data retention of over 200 years. Also, ESD Protection of more than 4000 V. The device provides 100 kHz and 400 kHz clock compatibility and self-timed erase/write cycle.
Single supply with operation down to 1.7 V
Maximum read current is 1 mA
Maximum standby current is 1 μA
Industrial temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C
