RS PRO 6000 rpm Air Die Grinder


When you're cleaning or sanding metal surfaces in tight spaces, use this RS PRO air die grinder. It's compact so you can work in small or narrow areas and it's lightweight for easy handling.

This grinder is suitable for use with air compressors operating at 90 pounds per square inch (psi) and is capable of speeds of up to 6000 revolutions per minute (rpm), making it effective on tough surfaces. The chuck takes standard-sized drill bits so there's no need to carry a separate set of accessories.

Designed for maximum safety, this mini grinder has a rear exhaust to keep the airflow away from your work area. It's tested to meet International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standard 28927 for hand-held portable power tools so does not transmit excessive vibration. An oil of 10 weight SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) is recommended for lubricating this product. Air grinders are useful for removing rust and for polishing metals in automotive and marine restoration applications.
