With a hard, dense consistency this 3M™ deburring wheel is great for deburring, finishing, and polishing all types of metals, composites, glass to leave a smooth and clean surface.

The Scotch-Brite™ deburring wheel ensures to clean a surface without smearing, which reduces the need for additional preparation for finishing. Constructed from a non-woven material that runs cool and provides a uniformed wear, whilst keeping the abrasives continuously exposed making it perfect for heat sensitive materials.

These wheels are suitable for light to medium edge deburring on carbon steels, stainless steel and titanium. Also great on soft metals including aluminium, copper and brass, composites, plastics and glass.

Non-Woven Abrasives have abrasive grains bonded to flexible nylon fibres, which provide a controlled consistent finish. The open web construction provides and maintains a consistent cutting rate.
