3M Cubitron II Ceramic Abrasive Disc Abrasive Disc, 150 mm, Very Fine Grade, P240 Grit 50 Per Pack

Efficiently prepare surfaces and achieve a quality finish with this sanding disc from 3M. It's open-coated and has a uniform layer of ceramic minerals to quickly sand through hard and soft wood, metal and composite materials. The triangular grain structure gives you a clean cutting action and as the grains are precision-shaped, the disc stays sharp and wears down slowly. This produces a consistent finish and reduces the time and effort you need to put into sanding tasks.

Using the 3M™ 775L outperforms conventional ceramic discs. Designed to be used with a 3M™ Hookit™ backing pad with an angle grinder or sander. This film wheel is well-suited to stock removal and is effective on a wide variety of materials, including metals, composites, gel coats and white woods.

This abrasive disc uses a hook and loop system similar to Velcro. This makes it quick to attach and change discs on your power tool. It works with any compatible orbital sander or disc pad.

Using 3M™ precision-shaped grain technology to offer a higher initial and durability to outlast conventional ceramic fibre discs. The grit wears evenly and with the abrasive staying cooler and sharper, the PSG abrasive lasts significantly longer than conventional ceramic discs. These discs will help to step up production with an improved output on both light and heavy stock removal.

The Hookit™ system from 3M™ provides a secure attachment with a hook and loop system. It allows for these Hookit™ discs to be quickly swapped out in seconds. The Hookit™ disc pad (150 mm backing pad - 456-2439) is sold seperately.
