This adhesive-backed/PSA sanding disc is a net-backed abrasive intended for general sanding, scuffing and surface preparation across multiple substrates in industrial settings. Designed for use with a Hookit™ hook-and-loop support pad and compatible extraction systems, it facilitates dust removal and Rapid disc changes for workflow efficiency in automation, electronics, electrical and mechanical environments.

It combines aluminium oxide with a proprietary precision-shaped ceramic grain to deliver controlled cut rates and wear performance.

Keep in original packaging at 16°C to 26°C and 35 to 50% relative humidity on a first-in, first-out basis to avoid premature degradation.

Maximum orbits per minute vary by disc diameter with higher allowable OPM for medium sizes and lower for the largest sizes to match tool specifications.

Loops are incorporated into the net backing so holes need not be aligned with the backing pad, simplifying fitment and repeatability.
