This adhesive-backed/PSA sanding disc is a net-backed abrasive designed for general sanding, stock removal and surface preparation across multiple substrates. It combines precision-shaped ceramic and aluminium oxide minerals on a mesh backing to allow dust extraction when used with a compatible backing pad and vacuum system, and is suited to automotive and industrial finishing tasks.

A combination of precision-shaped ceramic grain and aluminium oxide mineral is resin-coated onto the net substrate to balance cut and life.

Keep in the original box at 16°C to 26°C and 35 to 50% relative humidity on a first-in to first-out cycle to avoid shelf-life reduction.

The net backing integrates loops for use with Hookit-style hook-and-loop systems and also accepts a pressure-sensitive adhesive for alternative attachment.
