This adhesive-backed/PSA sanding disc is a net-backed abrasive designed for general-purpose sanding, stock removal, surface preparation and finish work across multiple substrates. It combines a blended mineral abrasive with a precision-shaped ceramic grain on a perforated backing to enable dust extraction when used with a compatible backing pad and vacuum system. The hook-and-loop-compatible attachment system allows Rapid disc changes on production lines and in workshops.

The coating is a blend of aluminium oxide with a proprietary precision-shaped ceramic grain to balance cut rate and abrasive life.

Store in their original box at 16°C to 26°C and 35 to 50% relative humidity, using a first-in, first-out rotation to maintain shelf life.
