This adhesive-backed/PSA sanding disc is a net-backed abrasive engineered for general sanding, surface preparation and stock removal across multiple substrates in industrial settings. It is designed for use with a Hookit™ hook-and-loop support system and a matching vacuum extraction setup to manage dust during operations. The mineral blend combines aluminium oxide with precision-shaped ceramic grain for consistent cutting and finishing performance on paints, primers, fillers, composites, timber and metals.

The open net backing is configured to permit effective dust extraction when used with a compatible backing pad and vacuum system, improving visibility and cleanliness.

The combination of aluminium oxide and precision-shaped ceramic grain delivers balanced cutting action and surface finish across coatings, fillers, gelcoat, composites and metals.

Loops integrated into the net backing mate with a hook-and-loop backing pad, enabling quick swaps without aligning holes or removing a support pad.

Store in original packaging at 16°C to 26°C and 35 to 50% relative humidity on a first-in-first-out basis to avoid premature degradation.
