Schneider Electric Spacial S3HF Series Wall Box Enclosure with Shielded EMC Protection.


Schneider Electric give you the Spacial S3HF Wall Box enclosure providing you with EMC (electromagnetic) protection (shielding) for sensitive industrial and electronic applications. Schneider Electric have worked to develop this moisture and water-resistant wall box enclosure to protect you electronic and communications equipment. ;Not only do you have an enclosure that is EMC protected you also have IP 55 protection, IK 10 resistance with certification to EN62208, LCIE, UL and CUL. This compact (monobloc) wall box is made from Aluzinc 150 plate. The aluminium covers 55% of the enclosure surface helping to reflect EMC interference.

    • What is Electromagnetic Shielding?


    Electromagnetic (E.M.C.) shielding allows a piece of equipment to operate in an electromagnetic environment without being disturbed, plus, will not disturb neighbouring equipment or radio services by Electromagnetic Interference (E.M.I.).

    Why use Shielded Enclosures?


    Depending on the application and the intended environment, shielded enclosures can be used for reducing the electromagnetic field emitted by a piece of equipment to make it compliant with radiated emission standards.;Reducing the ambient electromagnetic field received by the circuits inside a piece of equipment to make it compliant with radiated immunity standards.
