Datasheet - LDQ40PU33R

The STMicroelectronics Low dropout LDO s a high accuracy voltage regulator, which provides 250 mA of current. The device is stabilized with a small ceramic capacitor on the output. The low drop, low quiescent current, and short-circuit protection make it suitable for low power battery-operated applications. An enable logic control function puts it in shutdown mode allowing a total current consumption lower than 0.3 μA.
