The Nisshinbo Micro Devices Voltage Regulator is suitable for the power source such as the equipment being in the standby mode. The A version with CE input pin has reduced CE pull up resistance to make its supply current ultra low. It has maximum11 V Input voltage and is applicable to the portable communication equipment that requires the 2 cell Li ion battery. Also it is applicable to the non portable communication equipments. As it includes reverse current protection circuit, there is little leakage current, if it is used as back up circuit.
