OSA Opto UV LED


The OSA Opto 5mm, ultraviolet LED is a new age product with 100mW power dissipation and 2 pins. It has a through-hole mount and dome lens style. A Zener diode is a built-in protective circuit against static electricity. UV LED's lead frame is coated with FE plus AG coating. It is made of silicone resin material.
