RS PRO USB 2.0, Male USB A to Male USB A, 5m

A male-to-male USB A to USB A cable allows you to connect a range of USB devices to your computer for easy data transfers. This one is part of our stringently tested RS PRO series. It's USB 2.0 compatible and supports high-speed data transfers.

The cable's flexible outer sheath is designed to withstand heavy use and is made from flame-retardant black PVC to resist changes in temperature. Its outer diameter is 4 mm and it's five metres long.

The cable includes copper wires for effective conductivity and a drain wire so it's safely grounded. An aluminium braid adds cable strength and there's foil shielding to reduce electrical interference. A strain relief keeps the lead from splitting around the boot and the nickel connectors are corrosion-resistant. The connectors themselves are housed in durable black PVC hoods that protect them from heat, dust and debris.
