RS PRO Universal Joint, Single, Needle Roller, Bore 12 mm, 56 mm Length
When you need to join up misaligned conveyors, line shafts or drive shafts, this universal joint lets you connect over a misalignment between 5° and 45°. It has a 12-millimetre bored hub and is fitted with a needle roller bearing that's lubricated for a lifetime and requires no maintenance.
The universal joint can be used at speeds of up to 4,000 rpm and can handle 40 kW of power and 200 Nm of torque. It has a diameter of 25 millimetres, a length of 56 millimetres and a 28-millimetre pivot centre. The hub is 13 millimetres long and the joint weighs 160 gms.
As part of the stringently tested RS PRO range, this product has been stringently tested. It's also RoHS compliant on restricted hazardous substances. This kind of joint is used to connect shafts in applications such as jack lift systems and manufacturing machines.
