RS PRO 1 Channel Digital DIN Rail Time Switch Measures Hours, 110 to 240 V AC


Set electrical devices to switch on and off at certain times of day using this single channel time switch from RS PRO. The component keeps track of the number of hours that have elapsed, so you can save yourself the task of operating electrical devices manually. It's used in commercial and industrial settings such as gardens, public highways and sports arenas.

For versatility, you can adjust the digital display to a 12- or 24-hour format. It has an easy-to-use manual override facility, so it's quick to make adjustments in the event of an emergency.

This digital time switch has an enclosure with an Ingress Protection (IP) rating of IP40, which means it's protected from damage by tools and small wires greater than 1 mm. Handily, it comes with a six-year battery reserve and won't unnecessarily drain the power from an electrical circuit. The unit controls street lighting, water fountains and alarms.
