The Infineon Thyristor/Thyristor 55 mm power start 1600 V, 1900 A module for soft start applications in pressure contact technology. Main benefit of the design concept in comparison to existing soft starter solutions is one slim foot-print (55 mm) fitting 1900 A starting current which allows contactor compatible designs.
