RS PRO Black Nitrile Rubber Insulation Roll, 6 m x 1000 mm x 25 mm


Use this RS PRO rubber insulation roll to insulate objects that are sensitive to temperature fluctuations. It helps reduce heat loss and prevent freezing, preserving the contents of containers by helping maintain a steady temperature. It comes in a convenient 6 m length, so you can easily cut it to size in order to insulate large pipes, flanges, containers and similar objects.
The roll has a low thermal conductive capacity, meaning it has excellent insulation properties. It also has a high water vapour permeability to prevent the accumulation of condensation, minimising the risk of water damage and mould growth. The nitrile rubber material is resistant to chemicals, so it's safe to use for insulating containers holding fuels, oils and other harsh substances.
This roll is particularly suitable for insulation work in larger areas, such as storage tanks, grounded pipework and ducting. The insulation can also help absorb sound, reducing the noise of the flow in your home or workplace.
