Jumo 703046 Panel Mount Controller 4 Input, 2 Output Logic/SSR 240V ac Controller

The Jumo PID controller for plastic industry, format 48 x 96 mm, is made for panel mounting. It got two universal inputs, two relay outputs (changeover contact), two binary inputs, two binary outputs and a voltage supply for two wire transmitter. The voltage supply range is AC 110 to 240 +10/-15%, 48 to 63 Hz. The device is made for the regulation of temperature and other process variables for the special apply in the plastic industry. Applications are extruders, injection moulding machines, tempering equipment and hot runner systems. The high contrast, multi coloured LCD display is for actual value, setpoint value and operator guidance. It consists of two four digit 7 segment displays. The device can be used as a two state controller, a three state controller or a three step controller. The software includes a hot-runner approach ramp function, a control loop monitoring, a output level monitoring, two auto tuning procedures and four limit value monitoring functions.
