The Jumo Compact controller is used for 2 state controller and 3 state controller and the control of regulating valve. The universal analogue input for RTD temperature probe, thermocouple or current/voltage signal is freely programmable. Setpoint value, actual value and all parameters are shown on two 7-segment LED displays with one or two decimal place. The values can be shown in °C or in °F. The binary input can be used, for example, to reduce operation and setting, to activate a ramp or a timer or to start auto tuning. There are two relay outputs with a switching capacity of 3 A / 230 V and a binary input. Additionally a special firing curve can be used for small ceramic kilns so there can be a controlled start up and a time dependent burning. Setpoint value, gradient and burning time can be entered at the device by the operator. As an alternative to the front side operation, the controller can be programmed by a setup program und USB interface without a additional power supply.
Switch position of the relays are shown with yellow LEDs
Each relay can be assigned a different function
Voltage supply is AC 110 to 240 V
Controller got a ramp function with adjustable gradients for continuously changing the set point value
