It is compatible with all popular operating systems and supports data rates of up to 921.6 kbps. The serial board also provides 1 kV line-to-line surge protection and 2.5 kV isolation, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of industrial environments. Furthermore, it also includes a DIP switch for easily adjusting the terminal and pull-high/low resistors for various environments and applications.
