Use this cable assembly from Phoenix Contact to connect a sensor or actuator to a power source. It bundles together and protects sensitive electrical wiring to prevent shorting and damage to equipment. The standard M8 connector has a female socket on one end and a male plug on the other.

A polyurethane (PUR) cable provides high resistance to abrasion, oil and air for excellent protection to the cable's inner wiring. This makes it well suited to harsh industrial environments, while retaining good electrical insulation properties for enhanced levels of safety. The polyurethane is also halogen-free, so it won't emit any toxic gases in the event of a fire.

When fully mated, this cable assembly is IP67 (ingress protection) rated, which means it makes a dust-tight connection that's also fully protected from water jets. It's compatible with a wire size of 24AWG (American Wire Gauge).
