This Brad from Molex cable assembly is used to transmit electrical power for industrial automation applications. Simply use a pair of wire strippers to remove a portion of the cable coat, then wrap the cores around the connector terminals.

These 2m leads are available in 3, 4 or 8 way versions with a straight or right angle head incorporating an M8 anti-vibration coupling nut. There is a choice of PVC cable, for general purpose applications, or high-flex PUR cable, for extra chemical resistance (typically to oil based products) or continuous flexing applications where cable durability is required.
