The Vishay surface mount TMBS(trench MOS barrier Schottky) rectifier comes in SMPA (DO-221BC) very low profile package. It has 200V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage, 8A maximum DC forward current and operating junction temperature range from -40°C to +175°C. Meets MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, LF maximum peak of 260 °C. It is used in high frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection in commercial and automotive applications.
